Trini has been an exceptional addition to the team and has performed at a consistently high level since joining us last year.
In all projects she has been involved with, Trini has shown an exceptional level of interest in all areas of the business and gone above and beyond to provide creative solutions to problems.
One of the things we've been most impressed with in her role as 'Media Product Intern' has been her ability to translate user requirements into stunning workflow diagrams, wireframes, and Presentations for both the end user and development teams. In this area Trini is performing far beyond the level of expectation. Some of her work in this area has been presented at executive level and received glowing feedback!
She has also taken an active part in extracurricular activities at NBC; she was a team lead at our annual 'NBC cares day' and has been very involved in the Princes' trust 'Millionaire Makers' programme. It was great to see Trini make the most of all the opportunities available here at NBC.
We were so impressed by Trini's work this year that she was nominated and presented with an NBC GEM (Going-the-extra-mile) award last month. This is a well-deserved award and one that Trini should be very proud to have received.

I’ve had the pleasure of meeting regularly with Trini over the past couple of years, initially through a company program aimed at connecting colleagues across different countries. What started as a structured initiative soon turned into voluntary, ongoing conversations. Trini's commitment to personal and professional growth has been a constant that's given me the necessary proof to be writing these words.
Trini consistently demonstrates a rare combination of discipline, clarity of purpose, and a results driven mindset. Trini approaches each challenge with focus and structure, always keeping long-term objectives in sight while never losing track of the details that make a difference. It’s increasingly uncommon to encounter someone so dedicated and methodical in their work, specially at her age.
I’ve learned a lot from our interactions, and I always leave our conversations feeling inspired. Any team would be lucky to have someone like Trini on board.

Trini worked in the same department during an internship at the company. I didn't have much exposure to her work initially, only that her reputation as a committed, diligent and detail savvy worker, who owns what she's working on, preceded her and that she was a enthusiastic part of getting involved in team culture.
Something that was proven when I had the pleasure of working with Trini on an inter-departmental marketing and team culture project right at the end of her time here. Her skills as a graphic designer, combined with her knowledge about the department and it's workflow resulted in some amazing material for which the team, and I eternally grateful!
